Instructions and sales terms for foreign trade to EC countries and world-wide delivery

1) The prices of our on-line e-commerce retail shop are inclusive of 22% value-added tax (V.A.T.). For your e-buying you will pay only the price of purchased goods and transport charges.

2) On-line ordering is quick and easy

You will give in your name, shipping address, phone number and supply other details such as item code and specifications (colour, quantity, price), selected delivery and payment method

3) Order confirmation - In a short time, in any case within 24 hours by working days, you will receive our e-mail which includes as follow:

• delivery time - usually in 24 - 48 hours
• the list of order articles,
• total amount payable (goods value + delivery charges),
• instructions for settlement of our account in accordance with the selected payment method

4) Payment methods - Our catalogue prices are quoted in Eur and in such currency the payment must be made. You will pay only after having received our order confirmation e-mail by choosing among following methods.

A) Monetary transfer in advance:

B) Only by dispatch weight within 2 kg cash on delivery is possible in following countries: France, Germany

It is possible that the postal office of the destination Country asks you for cash-on-delivery charges, such fees vary from Country to Country. Contact your postal office for further details

5) Delivery methods - Dispatch by Italian Postal Service (Quick Pack Europe) to EC countries

Delivery costs depend on destination country and parcel weight. For example for delivery to Germany

The most part of our parcels weight not more than 2 kg, by dispatch of parcels with weight greater than 2 kg we will inform you of postage charges in e-mail confirmation

6) Delivery notes - We will send you by e-mail the delivery note number as confirmation of the parcel departure.

• If carrier driver finds nobody at the delivery address, you will find a ticket with further details for a new delivery (carrier telephone number and address), so that you can take the package from the carrier. Undelivered goods time is 10 days
• If the parcel is damaged, you will accept with reservations and you will contact us for insurance documents. You may contact us if you have trouble receiving the parcel

7) Right of withdrawal - Buyer has the right to withdraw from e-buying without explaining reasons. The period of withdrawal is 14 days from receiving the goods. You shall pay the costs of returning goods to us. Please inform us of your withdrawal by fax 0039 0375 59681 or e-mail (info@tigerbazar.com) In the received parcel you find a return merchandise form. Fill in and signed it, then let us have it together with the return parcel which has to be sent to our address.
All authorized returns will be credited to you within 8 workdays less original shipping charges.

8) Our Area of jurisdiction is Cremona (Lombardy, Italy). On-line sales on our website are submitted only to italian laws in force.

9) Most of our on-line catalogue articles is handicraft. They can display lightly differences in shapes, colours and ornaments in comparison with those shown.

10) All personal data transmitted will be treated in the strictest confidence. They will be only used in direct business relation and under no circumstances for different reasons (Law 675/96).
